Your package will ship directly from our production shop located just outside of Hong Kong, China, and be sent directly to US Customs for import inspection. This process can take anywhere from a few hours to a couple of weeks in extreme cases. US Customs and Border Protection is focused on security and not customer service, so they do not provide any kind of status updates or ETAs, however, as soon as your package is cleared for import it will be picked up by the US Postal Service and scanned into their system.

To track your package from start to finish, just enter your tracking number at https://www.17track.net/en We find 17track to be a little bit less user-friendly, but contains a LOT of information about your package. Be advised though, information can be as much as 72 hours out of date, and some of the translations are a little bit difficult to interpret.
After your package clears customs, you can track your package at https://tools.usps.com/go/TrackConfirmAction_input. You can also sign up for email or text notifications directly from the USPS there. We find this page to be more user friendly and up to date than 17track,net, but it doesn't have quite as much information available.
