Currently 99% of our packages are being delivered within our estimated delivery window, however some packages may be delayed due to unprecedented shipping volume increases and limited employee availability due to the impacts of COVID-19.
All orders are being fulfilled and shipped as quickly as possible to help reduce the impacts of this crisis, usually within 2 to 3 days.

Some email providers block our messages entirely (Cox, for example) so if you still are having trouble receiving our messages please reach out to us with an alternate email address (preferably Gmail, Hotmail or Yahoo) that we may use to keep you completely up to date on your order progress.
Alternatively, you can check on your order status and current tracking information at any time by logging into your account.
We find 17track to be a little bit less user-friendly than some other tracking sites, but it contains a LOT of information about your package. Be advised though, data can be as much as 72 hours out of date, and some of the translations are a little bit difficult to interpret.
Regardless of where your package is going, or when it was sent, we always track all packages constantly, and will make sure that you are kept up to date every step of the way.
