Your package will ship directly from our production shop located just outside of Shenzhen, China, and be sent directly to US Customs for import inspection. This process can take anywhere from a few hours to a couple of weeks. US Customs and Border Protection is focused on security and not customer service, so they do not provide any kind of status updates or ETAs, however, as soon as your package is cleared for import it will be picked up by the US Postal Service and scanned into their system.

To track your package from start to finish, just enter your tracking number athttps://www.17track.net/en We find 17track to be a little bit less user-friendly than some other tracking sites, but it contains a LOT of information about your package. Be advised though, data can be as much as 72 hours out of date, and some of the translations are a little bit difficult to interpret.
After your package clears customs, you can track your package at https://tools.usps.com/go/TrackConfirmAction_input. You can also sign up for email or text notifications directly from the USPS there. We find this page to be more user friendly and up to date than 17track,net, but it doesn't have quite as much information available.
Regardless of where your package is going, or when it was sent, we always track all packages constantly, and will make sure that you are notified every step of the way.
Please double check your spam or junk email folder and make sure to add "CustomerService@GotItHere.com" to your safe senders list.
Some email providers block our messages entirely (Cox, for example) so if you still are having trouble receiving our emails please reach out to us with an alternate email address (preferably Gmail, Hotmail or Yahoo) that we may use to keep you completely up to date on your order.
It is also possible that they aren't any updates for us to share at this time. While your package is in customs, there will not be any tracking or status updates, but we will let you know as soon as your package clears customs and is on it's way to your delivery address!
In order to secure the fastest shipping method possible, your order may be sent via FedEx or USPS bulk freight.
It is important to note that while this is the fastest and most efficient method of shipping available, it does not include live tracking due to the nature of the logistics
Basically what happens is they pick up all of our shipments for the day, and pack the individual shipping boxes into one big box or cargo unit, and ship it to their warehouse in Los Angeles. Once there, they separate the individual packages, scan them into their local system and then promptly deliver them.
Your tracking information won’t be activated and/or 100% accurate until after that happens, but you will have your package within a couple of days at that point.
As always, we will monitor your package at all times and will notify you of all updates as they become available.
