A black wolf faces forward beside a white wolf turned slightly inward, both holding steady, alert expressions within a closely balanced portrait. Golden-yellow eyes stand out against the dark coat, while amber eyes contrast with the white ruff. Their opposing colors and close placement establish the yin-yang theme through duality, balance, and the shared strength of two wild animals.
Fine black fur fades gradually into shadow while the white wolf's dense coat remains visible across the brighter half of the composition. The two animals stay calm and intent, positioned closely enough to create the tension of a silent standoff without overt aggression. Light-dark contrast, matched gazes, and restrained posture keep both wolves fully visible against the bare background while maintaining the portrait's visual balance.
Display in a den or nature center with another wolf themed print to create a balanced wildlife grouping, then add a wolf figurine and a black-and-white area rug that carries through the contrast of the opposing coats.

GALLERY WRAPPED: If you order your print GALLERY WRAPPED (which we highly recommend), you will receive all 5 panels professionally stretched and mounted to our custom-built wood stretcher bars in the classic gallery wrap style. 100% hand-made in our shop with love and attention to detail, our gallery wrapped prints are ready to hang upon delivery.
PRINTED FABRIC ONLY: For the Do-It-Yourselfers, our prints are also available as PRINTED FABRIC ONLY linen canvas fabric panels.
If you order your print as PRINTED FABRIC ONLY you will receive only the five pieces of canvas fabric, printed with the design of your choice and rolled up for shipping.
These fabric panels include a white border for attaching to stretcher bars, foam core or whatever mounting method you choose. This border can be trimmed upon request.
To achieve the best fit and finish at the lowest cost we do recommend that you order your print gallery wrapped and let us do the stretching and mounting for you, but the choice is ultimately up to you!
