A mature bull elk stands on a rocky alpine ridge, its broad antlers lifted against pale blue mountain haze and distant snowy peaks. Winter-brown grass and scattered stone surround the animal across the open high-country ground, giving its still side profile a calm, sturdy presence. Behind it, layered mountains recede through cool blue distance and leave the ridge unmistakably wild.
Dry grass and bare rock continue along the ridge as the elk holds its ground above the fading mountain ranges. Its heavy antlers rise over the quiet terrain, while the snowy peaks remain softened by the haze beyond. Alone in the open high country, the bull carries the steady strength of the alpine wilderness.
Display it in a living room or lodge lobby beside another elk themed print to create a quiet high-country wildlife setting. An elk figurine brings in a small wildlife detail, and an ice blue throw blanket carries the snowy mountain tones through the room.

GALLERY WRAPPED: If you order your print GALLERY WRAPPED (which we highly recommend), you will receive all 5 panels professionally stretched and mounted to our custom-built wood stretcher bars in the classic gallery wrap style. 100% hand-made in our shop with love and attention to detail, our gallery wrapped prints are ready to hang upon delivery.
PRINTED FABRIC ONLY: For the Do-It-Yourselfers, our prints are also available as PRINTED FABRIC ONLY linen canvas fabric panels.
If you order your print as PRINTED FABRIC ONLY you will receive only the five pieces of canvas fabric, printed with the design of your choice and rolled up for shipping.
These fabric panels include a white border for attaching to stretcher bars, foam core or whatever mounting method you choose. This border can be trimmed upon request.
To achieve the best fit and finish at the lowest cost we do recommend that you order your print gallery wrapped and let us do the stretching and mounting for you, but the choice is ultimately up to you!
