From an Acadia National Park overlook, Mount Desert Island stretches out in peak autumn color around a calm round lake below the ridges. Orange, gold, and green trees cover the slopes, while sunset light breaks through heavy clouds near the horizon. The darker sky makes the fall color stand out, with the quiet lake still visible below the ridges.
Beyond the lake, wooded mountains roll toward distant coastal water, giving the New England view a strong sense of place. Amber light, slate-gray cloud, lake blue water, and thick autumn canopy fill the overlook with rich seasonal color, while the forest and shoreline keep the scene grounded and peaceful.
Hang in a dining room or travel agency and pair with another landscape themed print for a wider outdoor view; add a vintage trail map for a national park detail and a warm earth-tone rug to echo the seasonal color.

GALLERY WRAPPED: If you order your print GALLERY WRAPPED (which we highly recommend), you will receive all 5 panels professionally stretched and mounted to our custom-built wood stretcher bars in the classic gallery wrap style. 100% hand-made in our shop with love and attention to detail, our gallery wrapped prints are ready to hang upon delivery.
PRINTED FABRIC ONLY: For the Do-It-Yourselfers, our prints are also available as PRINTED FABRIC ONLY linen canvas fabric panels.
If you order your print as PRINTED FABRIC ONLY you will receive only the five pieces of canvas fabric, printed with the design of your choice and rolled up for shipping.
These fabric panels include a white border for attaching to stretcher bars, foam core or whatever mounting method you choose. This border can be trimmed upon request.
To achieve the best fit and finish at the lowest cost we do recommend that you order your print gallery wrapped and let us do the stretching and mounting for you, but the choice is ultimately up to you!
