A mallard drake floats across dark pond water, its emerald-green head catching a warm strip of sunlight over the ripples. The yellow-orange bill, white neck ring, and chestnut breast make the waterfowl instantly recognizable against the deep blue surface. Close feather detail and reflected color settle into a calm pond scene, with the drake's natural markings standing clear in the quiet water.
Fine wing feathers and tiny water droplets remain visible as the mallard moves through the pond. The glossy green head and bright bill stay vivid against the darker surface while quiet ripples carry blue reflections around the chestnut plumage. Moving steadily through the wetland, the drake holds its familiar profile amid reflective water and subtle feather texture.

GALLERY WRAPPED: If you order your print GALLERY WRAPPED (which we highly recommend), you will receive all 5 panels professionally stretched and mounted to our custom-built wood stretcher bars in the classic gallery wrap style. 100% hand-made in our shop with love and attention to detail, our gallery wrapped prints are ready to hang upon delivery.
PRINTED FABRIC ONLY: For the Do-It-Yourselfers, our prints are also available as PRINTED FABRIC ONLY linen canvas fabric panels.
If you order your print as PRINTED FABRIC ONLY you will receive only the five pieces of canvas fabric, printed with the design of your choice and rolled up for shipping.
These fabric panels include a white border for attaching to stretcher bars, foam core or whatever mounting method you choose. This border can be trimmed upon request.
To achieve the best fit and finish at the lowest cost we do recommend that you order your print gallery wrapped and let us do the stretching and mounting for you, but the choice is ultimately up to you!
