Knarraros Lighthouse stands near Stokkseyri on Iceland's southern coast, with its tiered concrete tower and keeper's house set beneath heavy storm clouds. The black-and-white view makes the dark band around the tower, pale buildings, and rough shoreline feel crisp and weathered. The open coast and heavy sky give it a strong North Atlantic character.
The lighthouse station sits low against the coast, with the buildings small beneath the dark cloud cover. Charcoal gray, cloud white, and deep black tones keep the image spare while the Art Deco shape of the tower stays clear. The lighthouse setting looks quiet and severe, tied closely to Iceland's rough shoreline.
Hang in a living room or maritime law office and pair with another lighthouse themed print for a grounded coastal tone; add a vintage book for a subtle maritime note and a charcoal gray wool throw to soften the black-and-white contrast.

GALLERY WRAPPED: If you order your print GALLERY WRAPPED (which we highly recommend), you will receive all 5 panels professionally stretched and mounted to our custom-built wood stretcher bars in the classic gallery wrap style. 100% hand-made in our shop with love and attention to detail, our gallery wrapped prints are ready to hang upon delivery.
PRINTED FABRIC ONLY: For the Do-It-Yourselfers, our prints are also available as PRINTED FABRIC ONLY linen canvas fabric panels.
If you order your print as PRINTED FABRIC ONLY you will receive only the five pieces of canvas fabric, printed with the design of your choice and rolled up for shipping.
These fabric panels include a white border for attaching to stretcher bars, foam core or whatever mounting method you choose. This border can be trimmed upon request.
To achieve the best fit and finish at the lowest cost we do recommend that you order your print gallery wrapped and let us do the stretching and mounting for you, but the choice is ultimately up to you!
