Ancient twisting trees stand in a quiet row, their mossy trunks rising from exposed roots and rough forest ground beneath a pale winter sky. Bare branches spread overhead, leaving the woodland stripped back to bark, moss, roots, and weathered form. Under overcast light, the old trees feel calm and deeply rooted, with age visible in every bend, knot, and gnarled line.
Tangled branches reach across the muted sky while moss-covered lower limbs and heavy trunks give the woodland a rugged, almost architectural presence. Earthy greens and browns keep the setting grounded, and the pale sky softens the winter silhouettes without diminishing their strength. The enduring character of old growth comes through in rough textures and forms shaped slowly by time.
Hang it in a meditation room or wellness center alongside another tree themed print to deepen the calm woodland mood. A reclaimed wood console table brings in old-growth character, and a sage green throw blanket reflects the mossy tones throughout the surrounding space.

Mounting Options
GALLERY WRAPPED: If you order your print GALLERY WRAPPED (which we highly recommend), you will receive all 5 panels professionally stretched and mounted to our custom-built wood stretcher bars in the classic gallery wrap style. 100% hand-made in our shop with love and attention to detail, our gallery wrapped prints are ready to hang upon delivery.
PRINTED FABRIC ONLY: For the Do-It-Yourselfers, our prints are also available as PRINTED FABRIC ONLY linen canvas fabric panels.
If you order your print as PRINTED FABRIC ONLY you will receive only the five pieces of canvas fabric, printed with the design of your choice and rolled up for shipping.
These fabric panels include a white border for attaching to stretcher bars, foam core or whatever mounting method you choose. This border can be trimmed upon request.
To achieve the best fit and finish at the lowest cost we do recommend that you order your print gallery wrapped and let us do the stretching and mounting for you, but the choice is ultimately up to you!

We present the resulting prints on a canvas fabric composed of our exclusive linen/poly blend.
