The USS Missouri moves through the open sea as its main guns fire, sending a burst of flame and heavy smoke above the deck. Its high bow and towering superstructure rise against the horizon, while the dark hull cuts through the broad expanse of water around the Iowa-class battleship. At the instant of the salvo, the ship's immense scale and firepower fill the stark naval scene.
Within the black-and-white setting, the bright muzzle blast cuts through the darker tones as gun smoke gathers over the turrets and spreads across the deck. A long wake trails behind the hull while open water continues toward the horizon beneath the rising cloud. The Missouri moves forward through the sea as the active salvo unfolds above its main battery.
Use this print in a game room or office with another USS Missouri themed print to create a focused historic naval display; a battleship scale model continues the naval subject nearby, and an industrial metal desk lamp complements the black-and-white tones throughout the space.

PRINTED FABRIC ONLY: For the Do-It-Yourselfers, our prints are also available as PRINTED FABRIC ONLY linen canvas fabric panels.
If you order your print as PRINTED FABRIC ONLY you will receive only the five pieces of canvas fabric, printed with the design of your choice and rolled up for shipping.
These fabric panels include a white border for attaching to stretcher bars, foam core or whatever mounting method you choose. This border can be trimmed upon request.
To achieve the best fit and finish at the lowest cost we do recommend that you order your print gallery wrapped and let us do the stretching and mounting for you, but the choice is ultimately up to you!
