St. Peter's Square stretches beneath the dome of St. Peter's Basilica, with Bernini's sweeping colonnades curving around the central Egyptian obelisk. Visitors cross the broad plaza in the final sunset light as it falls across the historic stone and rooftops of Vatican City, giving the ceremonial space a warm evening atmosphere.
Beyond the square, Via della Conciliazione continues into Rome between dense blocks of terracotta roofs and pale facades, with distant domes rising beneath the amber-lit skyline. The formal sweep of the colonnades gives way to tightly layered streets and rooftops, placing the landmark plaza within the surrounding city.
Display it in a study or hotel lounge beside another travel themed print to keep a sense of discovery nearby. A framed Vatican City map adds a stronger sense of place, and an amber-gold throw blanket echoes the sunset warmth.

PRINTED FABRIC ONLY: For the Do-It-Yourselfers, our prints are also available as PRINTED FABRIC ONLY linen canvas fabric panels.
If you order your print as PRINTED FABRIC ONLY you will receive only the five pieces of canvas fabric, printed with the design of your choice and rolled up for shipping.
These fabric panels include a white border for attaching to stretcher bars, foam core or whatever mounting method you choose. This border can be trimmed upon request.
To achieve the best fit and finish at the lowest cost we do recommend that you order your print gallery wrapped and let us do the stretching and mounting for you, but the choice is ultimately up to you!
