A Viking Drakkar rises over a dark ocean swell as rain crosses the sea and lightning cuts through the clouds, with white foam breaking around the curved prow and a square crimson sail pulled taut by the wind. Rough water surrounds the longship as another wave forms ahead, while the horizon is barely visible through the storm. The vessel continues into the heavy surf beneath the dark sky, surrounded by rain, wind, and breaking water.
Another swell lifts the hull farther into open water, and a faded Norse knotwork emblem becomes visible on the red sail when lightning illuminates the clouds behind it. Deep teal waves roll beneath the ship as driving rain and white foam cross the near-black horizon. Above the rough sea, the crimson square sail remains visible through the storm as the longship rides over the next swell.
Display in a bedroom or office with another viking themed print to continue the bold Norse seafaring theme; a rustic iron-bound treasure chest nearby suits the subject, while a crimson throw blanket carries the sail color naturally into the room.

GALLERY WRAPPED: If you order your print GALLERY WRAPPED (which we highly recommend), you will receive all 5 panels professionally stretched and mounted to our custom-built wood stretcher bars in the classic gallery wrap style. 100% hand-made in our shop with love and attention to detail, our gallery wrapped prints are ready to hang upon delivery.
PRINTED FABRIC ONLY: For the Do-It-Yourselfers, our prints are also available as PRINTED FABRIC ONLY linen canvas fabric panels.
If you order your print as PRINTED FABRIC ONLY you will receive only the five pieces of canvas fabric, printed with the design of your choice and rolled up for shipping.
These fabric panels include a white border for attaching to stretcher bars, foam core or whatever mounting method you choose. This border can be trimmed upon request.
To achieve the best fit and finish at the lowest cost we do recommend that you order your print gallery wrapped and let us do the stretching and mounting for you, but the choice is ultimately up to you!
