We will gladly accept returns of any merchandise that fails to meet your expectations and will issue a refund or replacement immediately!
You have a full 30 days from the delivery date to decide. If you have any issues or concerns with your order, please contact us as soon as possible!
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or if you receive an incorrect order item, please send photographs of the entire product, as well as photos depicting the damaged or faulty areas, as well as any damaged packaging along with a brief description of the issue to CustomerService@GotItHere.com
All other returns must be mailed at the buyer's expense, and a 10% restocking/sanitizing fee will apply.
Shipping charges, priority processing fees and Route Package Protection fees are not refundable under any circumstances.
We will ship your order out ASAP, usually within 2-3 business days. Please note that shipping estimates are provided only as a courtesy and should not be considered a guarantee of any kind. No refunds will be given for items delayed beyond our control.
Our responsibility for your product ends at the moment of the first delivery attempt, however if you have purchased Route Package Protection, you will be covered against loss or theft of your package.
There will be no refunds if you do not enter the correct delivery address or if the delivery carrier is unable to deliver your package for any other reason.
We thank you for understanding this policy as undelivered international packages are not returned to sender and most often destroyed.
For the same reason, we are unable to provide any refunds if you refuse delivery or neglect to pick up a package that is being held by your carrier.
