2021 HOLIDAY SHIPPING NOTICE:

SHIPPING DELAYS ARE POSSIBLE AS WE APPROACH THE HOLIDAY SEASON DUE TO GLOBAL SHIPPING CHALLENGES AND BACKUPS.

PLEASE ORDER AS EARLY AS POSSIBLE TO ALLOW FOR ANY DELAYS.

DELIVERY TIMES ARE PRESENTED AS ESTIMATES ONLY, AND ARE NOT GUARANTEED.

 

All of our products are made to order. Once you place your order, we will get your order mailed out ASAP, usually within 2-3 days.

 All of our prints are shipped directly to you from our print and framing shop in Shenzhen, Guangdong Province, China.

A specific delivery estimate will be provided for you during the checkout process based on current order volume, delivery location and any postal or customs delays that may affect your shipment.

Our shipping results from the last 60 days, calculated from time of order:

(Last updated 10/10/2021 and based on delivery to continental United States only)

10-20 days = 58%

20-30 days = 41%

over 30 days = 1.5%

We will send you an email with your package tracking information as soon as your order is picked up by the post office and will keep you updated during the entire delivery process. 

We also understand that package tracking information can be complicated and unclear, so if you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact us at any time. We are always here for you and happy to help!

In the unlikely event that your package is assessed any import fees, taxes, duties or tariffs, it is up to you, the consumer, to pay these charges and they are not included in the purchase price. While it is extremely rare for any of our shipments to be assessed any of these fees, we do recommend that you refer to the laws and regulations of your destination country for further information.

Please note that shipping estimates are provided only as a courtesy and should not be considered a guarantee of any kind.

Our responsibility for your product ends at the moment of the first delivery attempt, however if you have purchased Route Package Protection, you will be covered against loss or theft of your package.

There will be no refunds if you do not enter the correct delivery address or if the delivery carrier is unable to deliver your package for any other reason.

We thank you for understanding this policy as undelivered international packages are not returned to sender and most often destroyed.

For the same reason, we are unable to provide any refunds if you refuse delivery or neglect to pick up a package that is being held by your carrier.
