We will send you an email with your package tracking information as soon as your order is picked up by the post office. We work hard to get your order out ASAP and most items will ship within 2-3 business days.
Customs inspections times are one of the biggest hurdles to international shipping and on rare occasions can add up to 2-3 weeks to your delivery estimate.
This is why we go the extra mile to make sure that all of our products are well packaged, clearly labeled and accurately marked for import, which ensures that most countries clear our products within a couple of days.

In the unlikely event that your package is assessed any import fees, taxes, duties or tariffs, it is up to you, the consumer, to pay these charges and they are not included in the purchase price. While it is extremely rare for any of our shipments to be assessed any of these fees, we do recommend that you refer to the laws and regulations of your destination country for further information.

We are 100% committed to getting your print(s) in the mail as soon as possible after you complete your order, but postal and customs delays are beyond our control and we thank you for your patience, should your package experience any delays at all.
Our responsibility for your product ends at the moment of the first delivery attempt.
There will be no refunds if you do not enter the correct delivery address or if the delivery carrier is unable to deliver your package for any other reason.
We are also not responsible if your package is stolen, if you refuse delivery or neglect to pick up a package that is being held by your carrier.
