In order to secure the fastest shipping method possible, your order may be sent via bulk freight.

It is important to note that while this is the fastest and most efficient method of shipping available, it does not include live tracking due to the nature of the logistics

Basically what happens is they pick up all of our shipments for the day, and pack the individual shipping boxes into one big box or cargo unit, and ship it to their warehouse in Los Angeles. Once there, they separate the individual packages, scan them into their local system and then promptly deliver them.

Your tracking information won’t be activated until after that happens, but you will have your package within a couple of days at that point.

As always, we will monitor your package at all times and will notify you of all updates as they become available.


We will send you an email with your package tracking information as soon as your order is picked up by our courier. We work hard to get your order out ASAP and most items will ship by the next business day.

There are many factors that can affect international shipments, however Customs inspections times are one of the biggest unknown variables and can vary greatly. This is why we go the extra mile to make sure that all of our products are well packaged, clearly labeled and accurately marked for import, which ensures that most countries clear our products within a couple of days.

In the unlikely event that your package is assessed any import fees, taxes, duties or tariffs, it is up to you, the consumer, to pay these charges and they are not included in the purchase price. While it is extremely rare for any of our shipments to be subjected to any of these fees, we do recommend that you refer to the laws and regulations of your destination country for further information.

Please note, that due to unpredictability in international shipping and customs processing times, we regret that we are unable to guarantee shipping times. While we will provide you with our best estimate of the delivery window for your items during your checkout process, it is only an estimate and should not be considered a guarantee of any kind, and no refunds will be given for items delayed beyond our control.

Our responsibility for your product ends at the moment of the first delivery attempt. There will be no refunds if you do not enter the correct delivery address or if the delivery carrier is unable to deliver your package for any other reason. We are also not responsible If your package is stolen, if you refuse delivery or neglect to pick up a package that is being held by your carrier.
